Unsere Mission
Together with us, you’ll work on Digital Health Applications (DiGA) and other products that enable more movement therapy for patients. Through motivating training, a clear overview of progress, and better background knowledge, we aim to encourage patients to stick with therapy and achieve their goals.

Your application
Thank you for your interest in LIME! Please upload a document at the bottom of this site under "other" in which you answer the following questions:
  1. If you are applying for an internship: is it a compulsory internship during your studies? How long should it be according to your university?
  2. If you are applying for a thesis: is it a bachelor's or master's thesis? What is the expected duration of the thesis?
Please answer the following questions on a scale of 1-10 (we describe the scale in each case):
  1. How important is it for you to work in a team and to overcome challenges together?
(0 = I am responsible for my tasks and expect others to do theirs. 10 = One Team, One Dream: When others need my help, I step in).
  2. You have a new and complex task coming up that you have never done before and on which the whole team depends. Are you ready to take on this task?
    (0 = That's irresponsible, I need to prepare first. 10 = Let's go, I'll learn as I go).
  3. How do you discuss ideas?
(0 = I wait to see what others say first. 10 = I say what I think, even if everyone else has a different opinion).
  4. We have stressful periods now and then and have to set strong priorities. In such times, can you do what is necessary and leave other things?
(0 = Rather not, neglecting my usual tasks would make me nervous. 10 = I think I could find the most important task and work only on it).
