Your mission
Join our mission and enable patients to receive 10X more therapy time through our AI therapist, who guides patients through their training plans and monitors their exercises:
- Identify, extract and process data from relevant data sources for model development
- Researching and selecting suitable image data sources
- Managing the end-to-end image data collection and preparation process including filtering, extraction, cleaning, structuring, and quality checks.
- Analyzing image datasets using ML models to validate data quality and labeling plausibility.
- Designing prompt/query logic for LLM-driven automation of meta-labeling processes.
- Research methods to collect video data for ML training
- Creating audit-ready documentation to support compliance and internal audits.
- Validating and quality-checking annotations
- Ensuring consistency, completeness, and adherence to internal annotation guidelines, and providing structured feedback
- Documenting quality findings to support continuous improvement of data quality
- Collaborate closely with our software and product teams
- Continuously develop yourself and think outside the box
Our mission
Together with us, you’ll work on Digital Health Applications (DiGA) and other products that enable more movement therapy for patients. Through motivating training, a clear overview of progress, and better background knowledge, we aim to encourage patients to stick with therapy and achieve their goals
About us
Our story began with a participation at Jugend Forscht, a student science competition. There, Pascal presented a robotic hand that was actually intended for use in dangerous situations such as outer space. In order to develop a hand prosthesis from this in the next step, he sought a conversation with the leading hand surgeon and senior physician at the University Hospital in Mainz: Dr. Eric Hanke.
During the conversation with Dr. Hanke, our idea generator and founding father, it quickly became clear that an intelligent hand therapy device was much more urgently needed on the market than a hand prosthesis.
During the conceptualization Dominic joined Pascal. Together we started working on our first prototype. We received overwhelming feedback from therapists, doctors, and at a variety of competitions. This motivated us to found LIME medical GmbH and turn our ideas into reality.
Since then, the team has been growing and we are passionate about making lasting improvements to hand and movement therapy.
